Mr. Chok Angappan is an incredibly versatile system designer with 25+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting process improvement systems. He has serviced a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, fleet management, insurance, and banking. He is a master at implementing solutions for some of the most complex problems in each industry, while also keeping those solutions cost-effective and simultaneously high-tech. He has managed, mentored, and motivated multinational technical teams.
Raised in an entrepreneurial household, He grew up working in his family’s farming, retail, and transportation businesses. He went on to study software engineering at NIT Trichy and attained a master's degree in Operations Research.
Mr. Chok Angappan’s latest venture was to create a software system that would address some of the most pressing issues facing the Indian supply chain, while also benefiting farmers, laborers, operators, and retailers. He has successfully built a team that has created the process, system, algorithm, and workflow. The system is fully operational and is currently in its initial implementation stages, successfully servicing one of the world’s largest vegetable supply chains.
Ms. Deepalakshmi has cultivated a career with over 25 years of experience in building and managing IT systems for numerous industries, including higher education, insurance, retail, manufacturing, and distribution. Her wide variety of professional experience makes her an incredibly integral member of the team, able to work in multiple facets.
Her combined professional experience in academia and industry gives her a unique combination of research and real-life problem-solving abilities. She has expertise in project management and system reengineering. She’s uniquely qualified in understanding a specific business process and designing custom software that allows for business automation. She spent most of her career building inventory control and supply chain management systems for different verticals such as steel, chemicals, and pharma.
She hails from a family with a farming background, so she has a personal connection to the issues facing Indian farmers and retailers. She’s dedicated to using her specific talent and expertise to create solutions that would benefit farmers and laborers.
She is an alumna of IIT Bombay, with a master’s degree in computer science engineering. She is also an alumnus of NIT Trichy, where she received a master’s in Operations Research.
Mr. Karthikeyan is an expert in project design and execution, business development, customer life cycle management, and service operations in the service industry, with a unique focus on building grassroots organizations.
He has garnered 20+ years of experience in telecom, microfinance, and non-profits. He was a part of the original team that built Reliance Jio. He’s worked with Airtel & MF, assisting with organization and channel building, analyzing metrics, and managing the customer experience.
He is a founding member of Vivasai and was integral to the company’s operations and organization. He was instrumental in spearheading the company's initial rollout.
He is an alumnus of American College, Madurai, and has a master’s degree in Educational Technology.
